Automatic rotary table with 24 mold holders for the production of polyurethane filters.

At the customer’s request we can customize and build machines with different numbers of stations, in order to obtain an optimal quality/production ratio. The mold holder created by us has a pneumatic working system suitable for the production of different PU filters, it also offers the possibility of overturning the mold cover by 90 degrees with the great advantage of the operator being able to position the molds in a very simple and precise way of the filter paper insert, or other insert, into the mold.
